SHIPPING POLICY

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world - but as our customer base is primarily in Canada, we are only really set up to ship within Canada. If you would like an order sent anywhere outside of Canada, please put in a request for on our Contact Page - click here.

If you live in the Nanaimo/Duncan area, we can arrange local delivery for $5 - or free for orders over $80. Just reach out if you are having any trouble setting this up!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If your order arrives missing pieces or is broken, please let us know ASAP and we will send a replacement :)
