What's in our spells?

We get asked a lot what's in our spells, so we thought we'd tell you.

Each spell starts out with Handpicked Okanagan Silver Sage. This keeps the energy focused on your intention and clears any negative energies out of the way. Most spells also have a bit of Arbutus Bark to activate strength, and calendula to heal and bring joy.

From there, each spell gets it's own set of goodies. See below...
